This was such a gorgeous color, even though it only wore for a day and a half. I love the suede/matte finish, even though its a bit Fall-ish. We Will Always Have Paris is such a wearable color, that it can be worn anytime of the year.
Thanks,

I really love the colors from the Orly Sweet Collection. Gumdrop is such a sweet color, no pun intended. Its a really soft, mint-y green. These polishes are pretty much one-coaters, so I do recommend being careful when applying more than one coat. They can definitely get goopey.
Let me know what you guys think!

I love this collection by Orly. Its such a mix of fun, pastel-y, yummy colors. This is the milky baby blue Snowcone. Its such a fun color, but capturing the true color of it on my camera required some work. The most accurate pic is the 2nd one where I'm holding the bottle so you can see the name. I have two other colors from the collection that I'll be swatching soon, so stay tuned!

This color speaks for itself...beautiful! Who doesn't love a rich, hunter green?! Ulta's new collection of salon formula nail lacquers is really impressive. I actually picked up two more shades yesterday and they are gorg if I must say so myself (swatches coming soon!). These polishes apply and wear well, and they are only $5 a pop, but they are usually on sale for BOGO or $2. If you haven't seen my swatch of Alter Ego you must, its just as lovely as Envy. Don't sleep on these polishes, they are great shades and a bang for the buck!

I'm a few days late on this, but still wanted to announce it for my readers....
The Zoya Nail Polish Exchange kicked off on Earth Day (April 22, 2010) and it a really great way to get rid of your old, gupy, un-wanted polishes.
"Zoya Nail Polish will exchange your old, out-of-style, unwanted nail color and replenish your nail polish supply with fresh Zoya fashion colors. Simply send in six or more bottles of old polish - any brand other than Zoya, Qtica or Nocti, new or used - and we'll send you the new Zoya colors of your choice in a bottle-for-bottle exchange."
To start you nail polish exchange click here to visit the Zoya website.

Happy exchanging!

Underwater is a really pretty bright, almost royal blue ocean water shade. I picked it up at Ulta for just $1, and I have to say I'm not underwhelmed by this shade. It applied pretty good ,but did take about three coats to get the achieved look in the pics. I'm not a fan of doing three coats, so I'd have to say that was one of the only downsides to this polish. Its a cheaper polish, so you have to expect that the formula isn't going to be a good as some of your more expensive polishes. Nonetheless, I really liked how it looked on it, but it was short lived. As with all blues, greens, and reds I found that it stained my fingers when removing it and that some of my nails, for some reason, just refused to dry completely so there were finger prints and smudges. It could have been a lack of patience on my part, but again I really despise having to apply more than 2 coats of any polish, except for glitters of course.
So at first sight you'd think Rise & Shine was dead ringer for Four Leaf Clover, but actually while its a good dupe, its not identical. Rise & Shine is a gorgeous color, and for $2 a pop you can't beat having a great green. My pics didn't really pick up the slight bit of shimmer that Rise & Shine has in it, but even with out the shimmer its still a really pretty color.
Application-wise, I'm rarely dissappintied with Sinful Colors formulas, and this one was no exception. I had no problems getting a smooth and coated application with just two coats. I used Seche Vite as my top coat of course...and that's pretty much it! I included a comparision pic of Four Leaf Clover also.
